We are again delighted to be co-hosting this year's dragon boat festival with the support of London Chinatown Association who host the spectacular Chinese New Year celebrations in Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square, we also welcome onto the organising committee this year the Hong Kong Executives Club and Spectrum Chinese Community Network. This year's dragon boat event promises to be a spectacular and high profile event in the lead up to the Beijing Olympics in August 2008. We again continue to be generously supported by our principal sponsor The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office.

The festival this year will have 40 dragon boat teams competing and an entertainment programme which will keep all onshore viewers entertained throughout the day. This year we are glad to have support from a number of high profile corporate teams such as HSBC, UBS, Morgan Stanley and the Bank of East Asia amongst others, which will certainly add to the competitive action. Included in the programme will be staged live entertainment and full children's play area, Chinese cultural and curiosity stalls as well as stalls serving food and beverages throughout the day.
